Business Name: Call Centre
Goal: To provide support to our customers and help
them buying our products which in turn expand our customer base
across all over
India. Thus increasing the profitability of ours as well as our
franchise partners.
Core Activity
Under this business plan the call centre executives
will attend the calls of our customers and persuade them to buy
our product. Once the customer is willing to buy any product the
executive have to guide them about how they can register and what
all they need to do. Kindly read the terms and conditions given
below for more clarification.
Timings
The call centre executive will has to operate
between 9AM-6PM from Monday to
Saturday.
Location
The physical location of the call centre office
should be in Mumbai or suburbs. But you are expected to handle
calls from across the globe.

OPPORTUNITY
This business has an ample opportunity to grow in
India as more number of people opting for working from home. Also
use of technology and widespread availability of internet has

MARKETING
All the marketing activities will be done by us. We
do not expect any marketing activity from our franchise partners.
TECHNOLOGY
Only telephonic infrastructure is required to run
this business.
FINANCE
We will make payments to our franchise partners on
the basis of number of leads they provide. When we are able to
sell one product because of your related activities it is referred
to as one lead.

Rs 50% will be paid per lead

All the expenses (including the
salaries of employee etc) of the franchises office will be paid by
our franchise partner.

The number of employees and other
strategic decisions regarding the franchise offices will be taken
by owner of the franchise.

This contract will be valid for one
year. After one year the charges and other issues for renewal will
be decided only by Naukriaim InfoTech Pvt Ltd. No other party will
have any say in this regard.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The call centre is only for customer support
purpose. They can not buy or sell any product directly through the
call centre office. They will not have any role in the monetary
transactions between customers and company or any other party. All
the activities after customers buy the product will be performed
by us. The call centre will not play any kind of role after the
candidates buy the product.
All the legal issues will be handled under the
jurisdiction of Delhi
high court only.
We reserve all rights to make any changes in the
rules and regulations of our business.
Withdrawal of proposal is totally subjected to the
management of Naukriaim InfoTech Pvt Ltd. No other party will have
any say in such decisions.
