we are also offering the advertising solutions to our clients. As a sales
manager you have to sell advertising space on these two sites.

You have to sell space of these sites for advertisement of job requirements.
For e.g. a company ‘XYZ’ has requirement of candidates and it wants to give
advertisement on the internet. Then we can advertise requirements of ‘XYZ’
on our websites. Thousands of candidates visit our websites on daily basis.
If a candidate is interested in the profile he/she can directly contact the
company. In addition to this we will also provide the required candidates'
resume to the employers.
This is just an explanatory example. As you know companies give
advertisement for many different purposes. Here as a sales manager, you are
required to find such requirements of companies and persuade them to give
advertisement on our websites.

Compensation:

InfoTech Pvt. Ltd.)
For par time employees:
50 % of the revenue (which you generate through sales of space/ad) will be
paid to you as remuneration.
In a particular month if you generate revenue of Rs 2, 00,000 then for next
month you will get 100 % of revenue of first five advertisements.
For Regular Employees:
For the first month there is no fixed component. Your compensation
will totally depend on your performance. For the first month you will be
paid in the similar way as for a part time employee.
After one month:
After one month there will be fixed component as well as variable component.
Fixed component will depend on your performance in the first month.
